NESREA OPENS BID FOR 2025 CAPITAL APPROPRIATION
The National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) today opened the submissions for the Expression of Interest and Pre-Qualification for the implementation of NESREA’s 2025 procurement activities.
Declaring the bid opening, the Director General of NESREA, Prof Innocent Barikor said the Agency will ensure transparency, accountability, and fairness in the execution of the capital projects.
Prof. Barikor recognised the critical role of public procurement in driving sustainable development, environmental governance, and national economic growth, adding that the Agency’s procurement process aligns with the core objectives of efficiency, sustainability and compliance.
He disclosed that the procurement process covers a total of 56 lots categorized into Consultancy Services, Goods, and Works.
At the bid opening ceremony were non-governmental organisations, the procurement unit, and bidders.
